Any person who knowingly and wilfully makes a statement or gives information which he she knows to be false or does not believe to be true under or for the purpose of the scheme shall be guilty of an offence under the laws of hong kong and is liable to prosecution and subsequent removal from hong kong 任何人按本计划下或为本计划的目的而言，明知而故意申报失实或填报其明知为虚假或不相信为真实的资料，根据香港法例即属犯罪，可被检控及于其后被遣离香港。
