With jilin chagan lake wetland and the western chiefly river flood resources of jilin province as studying the focal point , this research analyzed wetland restoration necessity on making use of floodwater resources , and has put forward the allocation model of chagan lake wetland water resources and the concrete measure of recovering wetland and protesting the wetland water resources 本研究以吉林省查干湖湿地及吉林省西部主要河流洪水资源为研究重点，分析利用洪水资源恢复查干湖湿地的必要性和湿地滞洪的重要作用，提出了查干湖湿地水资源配置模型及恢复湿地和保护湿地水资源的具体措施。
