| 5. | Contractor shall pay the si fee to bpvi according to the standard checked and ratified by province level of price bureau
安装单位向监检单位缴纳的监督检验费用，应按省级物价部门核定的收费标准执行。 |
| 6. | When a conflict occur between contractor with bpvi , or client with bpvi for si , it shall be submitted local city level of ssbb to process
监督检验过程中，安装单位、使用单位、监检单位之间发生争执时，应提请所在地的地市级安全监察机构处理。 |
| 7. | The service bandwidth is not allowed to be shared directly or indirectly beyond the connection address for pecuniary , beneficial gains or any other purposes
3 .客户不得直接或间接分流频宽至其安装单位地点以外的地方，不论是为了金钱、利益或任何其他目的。 |
| 8. | A special must be assigned to cooperate with bpvi by contractor , he / she shall notify the installation progress promptly , steps that must be inspected and approved shall be notified in advance
安装单位应确定专人与监检人员联络，及时告知工程进度，对需要到现场进行审查、检验和确认的项目，应提前通知监检人员。 |

安装单位发生质量管理体系运转和安装质量违反有关规定，监检单位可视问题性质，程度轻重，向安装单位签发《监督检验工作联络单》或《监督检验意见通知书》 。 |
| 10. | Boiler installation contractor that has gotten the certificate shall be approved by safety supervision bureau for bpv ( ssbb ) that is responsible for supervising operation of the boiler and its level is equal to city before installing boiler
取得相应安装资格的锅炉安装单位，在锅炉安装前，应到锅炉设备使用地的地市级锅炉压力容器安全监察机构（以下简称安全监察机构）履行审批手续。 |
