An amendment of an undertaking has no effect on the rights and obligations of the principal / applicant ( or an instructing party ) or of a confirmer of the undertaking unless such person consents to the amendment 保函之修正不影响主债务人/申请人(或指示人)或保证之保兑人的权利义务，但此类人同意该修正者，不在此限。
